Shipping Policy

 

Shipping rates may be changed at any time due to the constant fluctuations in shipping charges and fuel surcharges.

Shipping Times are business days. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). The order cut off time is 2pm Central Time Zone. Orders placed after 2pm Central Time Zone will be processed the next business day (this also includes expedited shipping methods). Orders made after 3 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. We do not generally ship on weekends. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the item(s) and Shipping Zone. (Remember Fiesta® Dinnerware is heavy.) This is calculated at the time of checkout. Items will be sent via USPS. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. We may elect to ship by another carrier of our choice. All orders shipped to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service and may be subject to additional shipping charges not shown on the web site. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Once your order has shipped you can expect delivery in 2-5 days for standard ground shipping. Items which ship freight will estimate a live rate from common carriers. It is always best to email us or call (903) 567-7323 or toll free (866) 700-7323 to request an exact quote. We regret that Freight Items cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

 

Insurance

Insurance is included in the shipping cost (except for purchases over $50.00 shipping via USPS).

Return Policy

We are able to refund your purchase price or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase and in original condition (original condition meaning that the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging). Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization form and to ensure that it is not a final sale or holiday item.

CantonDishBarn.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the return form with your reason for return. Items returned without a return authorization form, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

If your return qualifies, you will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% re-turn/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment will not be refunded. If that rare occasion occurs where you feel you must re-turn an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by email) of receipt of your order. Upon our receipt & inspec-tion of the returned item(s) (which must have our original sticker or marking), we will issue a refund or exchange for your item(s) if re-turned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping / insurance cost for which you were responsible. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date from which you con-tact us regarding the return & shipment must be insured.

Damage Policy

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and/or breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, please contact us via email or written notification. We will then file a claim with our insurance carrier. Upon receipt of your claim, funds from the insurance carrier, we will forward the refund or replacement to you. (Approx. 30 days) Do not repack & do not mail the damaged items back to us unless we request you to do so. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Do save the box, packing material & damaged item in case the delivery company needs to inspect the damage.

Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
